Quick Micro Journaling Throughout the Day:

Open the Lalaland app whenever inspiration strikes, noting down moments swiftly without the need for an extensive writing session
Upload Blocks of Memories:
Take advantage of the app's format to upload blocks of memories, making the process efficient and adaptable to your schedule.
Backtrack Old Memories:
Backtrack and document old memories with visuals. For example, I recorded significant moments like getting my first tattoo, included photos and reflections on why I get a tattoo, how I feel when I get them etc.
